Ingredients:

• 30ml Cotswold Toffee Vodka
• 75ml Pressed Apple Juice (we recommend Bensons)
• 1-2 Limes
• 12 Mint Leaves
• 1 Apple

Method:

1. Press 10 mint leaves in a tall glass, to extract the flavour of the mint, do not crush
2. Press your lime to extract the juice, you’ll need approx 20 ml
3. Add your mint juice, lime juice into a glass add the Apple Juice and Toffee Vodka. Stir with a long spoon
4. Garnish with a wedge of lime, mint leaf, thinly sliced Apple and plenty of ice.
5. Long and refreshing - let’s party!
